Tuna Fish Sandwich and Side Salad
Ingredients
- 3 oz canned chunk white tuna in water (drained)
- 2 Tbsp fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp (chopped) uncooked red onion(s)
- 2 Tbsp sweet red pepper(s) (chopped)
- 1 pinch table salt (or to taste)
- 1 pinch black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 item(s) thin sandwich bread (toasted)
- 1 cup(s) (chopped) lettuce (or mixed greens)
- 1/4 cup(s) cucumber(s)
- 1/4 cup(s) uncooked carrot(s)
- 1/4 cup(s) (sliced) fresh radish(es)
- 1/4 cup(s) fresh tomato(es)
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Combine tuna, yogourt, onion and red pepper in a small bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper and sandwich between bread. Serve with mixed greens and remaining vegetables tossed with vinegar and oil.
