Shamen Ramen Oriental Cabbage Salad

1/3 cup NAKANO® Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger



1 pkg. (16 oz.) coleslaw mix
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup julienned carrots or sliced radishes (optional)
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup honey roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 pkg. (3 oz.) ramen noodles,* any flavor




Combine ingredients for dressing. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, onions, carrots (if desired), cilantro and peanuts; toss with dressing. Crush ramen noodles with your hands; add to bowl. Serve immediately.
