Salmon with Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 3 oz cooked wild Atlantic salmon fillet(s)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley (or mixed fresh herbs)
  • 12 spear(s) cooked asparagus
  • 2 spray(s) cooking spray
  • 1 pinch table salt (or to taste)
  • 1 pinch black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 medium cooked potato(es) red or white
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 1 pinch spiced seasoning mix (or dried seasonings of your choice)

Instructions
Enjoy salmon (that was cooked with the lemon juice and fresh herbs), roasted asparagus (that was roasted with the cooking spray, salt, pepper and lemon zest) and roasted potatoes (that were roasted with the oil, salt and seasoning).
