Other ideas to try
 
  • Stir reduced-fat goat cheese into warm noodles and sauce for a creamy pasta dish.

  • Don't just limit yourself to spiralized zucchini. Spiralized cucumber, carrot, and yellow squash all make fabulous "noodles."

  • Make your pesto sauce go father by thinning it with a little broth.
