Italian Chicken Salad with Olives and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup(s) arugula (baby variety)
  • 1 cup(s) fresh tomato(es) (chopped)
  • 9 large olive(s) (sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp uncooked onion(s) (diced)
  • 3 oz cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s) (sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp reduced fat store-bought Italian dressing

Instructions
Combine arugula, tomato, olives and onion on a plate; top with chicken, cheese and dressing.
