Step 1: Go to My Day on the Weight Watchers site. In the search bar, enter a food or recipe that interests you, like "chicken."
NOTE: Recipe printing is only available on the website right now.)
Step 2: Click on "Recipe" or "Meal."
Step 3: Choose the recipe you want to make from the list.
Step 4: Click "print" in the lower left corner.
Click "edit" in the upper right corner. Add or subtract ingredients to create your own custom meal!
