Chocolate Cherry Sparkler from Stevia In The Raw®

1 cup frozen sweet cherries, plus more for garnish
4 packets Stevia In The Raw® or 2 tsp Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag
1 tsp chocolate extract
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sparking water
Ice cubes


In a small saucepan combine cherries, stevia, and 1⁄2 cup water. Bring to simmer and cook until cherries are very soft. Crush cherries to release their juices, then strain syrup through a fine mesh strainer.

In a small liquid measuring cup stir together 1/4 cup cherry syrup, chocolate extract, and vanilla.

Pour into glasses filled with ice and top off with sparking water. Garnish with cherries.
