Chicken Brown Rice Soup


  • 2 cup(s) reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 oz cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s) (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup(s) cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup(s) uncooked carrot(s) (shredded)
  • 2 Tbsp uncooked scallion(s) (chopped)
  • 1 pinch table salt (or to taste)
  • 1 pinch black pepper (or to taste)

Combine broth, chicken, rice, carrots and scallions in a bowl; heat through and season to taste.
