What's different about myWW? 


Just fill out a simple assessment and get matched to one of our three colour-coded weight loss plans.  Based on your responses, we'll match you to an eating style that fits you best: Green, Blue or Purple.

  • You’ll get a daily ‘SmartPoints’ allowance to ‘spend’ on any foods you like.
  • You’ll also get at least 100 ‘ZeroPoint’ foods to choose from. They’re foods that don’t need to be weighed, measured or counted. You never have to go hungry!
  • You can also ‘rollover’ up to 4 of your daily SmartPoints every day, if you really wanted to indulge at the weekend (or any other day)!

Each food plan has a unique balance of SmartPoints and ZeroPoint™ food and by combining your SmartPoints Budget with your ZeroPoint foods, you'll always have plenty of food options.
