135 g Low Fat Spread, plus extra for greasing
100 g Milk Chocolate, chopped
100 g Dark Chocolate, chopped
40 g Golden Syrup
100 g Marshmallows, mini
100 g Low fat digestive biscuit(s), roughly crushed

Instructions
 

Lightly grease a 18 x 18cm square cake tin and line with baking paper. Put the low-fat spread, milk and dark chocolate and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water, heat gently, stirring until the chocolate has melted.

Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the marshmallows and biscuit pieces, then tip the mixture into the prepared tin, spreading evenly.

Chill in the fridge for around 2 hours before cutting into 14 slices.
