Half Fat Cheddar Cheese50 g, finely grated
Medium fat soft cheese100 g, with garlic and herbs
Worcestershire Sauce¼ teaspoons
Wholegrain Mustard¼ teaspoons, level
White bread, sliced4 slice(s), medium
Black pepper¼ teaspoons, freshly ground
Tomato4 medium, sliced
Lettuce1 portion(s), to garnish
- Preheat the grill.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soft cheese, Cheddar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Season with a little black pepper.
- Lightly toast the bread on both sides. Spread the cheese mixture on top, cover with sliced tomatoes, then grill until piping hot.
- Serve at once, garnished with salad leaves.
