What do you do when you have left-over watermelon? Make these delicious pops to keep in the freezer for when you need a sweet treat.
4 slice(s), medium, 1/8 large watermelon
1 medium, and zest
- Cut flesh from watermelon rind and remove seeds. Blend flesh until liquid (you should have approximately 500ml (18 fl oz ) of liquid). Stir in lemon juice and sugar.
- Pour into ice lolly moulds and put on the lids/sticks. Freeze for several hours.
