Ingredients

Spice Pots Korma Blend

4 teaspoon(s), level

Root Ginger

2 inch slice(s), grated

Potatoes, Raw

200 g, peeled and grated

Carrots, raw

200 g, peeled and grated

Spring Onions

4 medium, trimmed and finely chopped

Chilli, green or red

½ individual, finely sliced

Coriander, fresh

1 teaspoon(s), chopped

Chickpea Flour

75 g

Salt

1 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Put the spices, ginger, vegetables, spring onion, salt, chilli (if using) and coriander into a bowl and mix together thoroughly with your hands.
  2. Add the chickpea flour (sieve if it’s very lumpy) and mix again.
  3. Add a little water if you need more moisture to bind. Just add a tbsp at a time.
  4. Form 12 little patties (about a desert spoon of mixture) and place on a lined baking tray.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 7 and bake for 25 minutes.
