Ingredients

Sunflower Oil

1 teaspoons

Sainsbury's Oriental Vegetable Stir Fry

300 g

Brown rice, boiled

200 g

Soy Sauce

2 teaspoons

Coriander, fresh

4 tablespoons

Lime(s)

¼ medium

Sweet Chilli Sauce

1 tablespoons

Prawns, Peeled & Cooked

Instructions

  1. Add the oil to a hot wok and add the ginger, garlic and other vegetables. Stir fry for 2 minutes then add the prawns. Stir fry for a further 3 minutes or until almost cooked through.
  2. Stir the rice through for 1 minute then make a well in the middle of the mixture and break in one egg. Mix gently to scramble then stir through and repeat with the second egg.
  3. Stir through the fish and soy sauces plus the chilli then add the coriander and serve with lime wedges.
