Brown rice, boiled

Prawns, Peeled & Cooked
- Add the oil to a hot wok and add the ginger, garlic and other vegetables. Stir fry for 2 minutes then add the prawns. Stir fry for a further 3 minutes or until almost cooked through.
- Stir the rice through for 1 minute then make a well in the middle of the mixture and break in one egg. Mix gently to scramble then stir through and repeat with the second egg.
- Stir through the fish and soy sauces plus the chilli then add the coriander and serve with lime wedges.
