- Mist a large griddle pan or barbecue with cooking spray and preheat over a medium-high heat. Put the onion in a medium bowl, and mist with the cooking spray. Sprinkle the steaks with the Cajun seasoning.
- Cook the onion, turning, for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Meanwhile, cook the steaks for 1 minute each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Meanwhile, toast the bread and spread the dressing over half of the slices. Top with the rocket, steaks, onion and dip. Top with the remaining bread slices and serve.
