Thin minute steaks are so quick to cook and the perfect choice for this speedy deli-style sandwich

Ingredients

Beef rump steak, lean, raw

500 g

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Red onion

1 small, sliced into rings

Cajun seasoning

10 g

Low Fat Salad Dressing

1 tablespoon(s)

Rocket

50 g

Morrisons NuMe Beetroot, Yogurt & Mint Dip

90 g

White bread, sliced

8 slice(s), medium

Instructions

  1. Mist a large griddle pan or barbecue with cooking spray and preheat over a medium-high heat. Put the onion in a medium bowl, and mist with the cooking spray. Sprinkle the steaks with the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Cook the onion, turning, for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Meanwhile, cook the steaks for 1 minute each side or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Meanwhile, toast the bread and spread the dressing over half of the slices. Top with the rocket, steaks, onion and dip. Top with the remaining bread slices and serve.
