Smoked salmon tortilla with salsa

WW Reduced Fat Soured Cream
Hot Pepper Sauce (Tabasco)
Lime Juice, Fresh
- To make the salsa, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste and set aside.
- Heat the tortillas according to the packet instructions and place one on each serving plate. Top each with the salsa, some smoked salmon slices and a little soured cream and fold. Serve each with a lime wedge and a drop of Tabasco, if you fancy a spicy kick.
