Olive Oil

2 teaspoon(s)

King Prawns, Raw

500 g, peeled, deveined

Cherry Tomatoes

300 g, halved


2 clove(s), finely chopped

Oregano, Dried

½ teaspoon(s), level

Chicken stock cube(s)

½ cube(s), 60ml stock

Light feta cheese

40 g, crumbled

Dill, Fresh

2 tablespoon(s), chopped


  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Season the prawns with salt and pepper, add to the pan and cook for 2-4 minutes, until the prawns begin to turn pink.
  2. Add the tomatoes, garlic and oregano and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften. Add the stock and cook for 2 minutes, stirring to scrape up browned bits from the bottom of the pan, until the prawns are opaque in the centre.
  3. Stir in the feta and cook for a further minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the dill. Serve immediately.
