Chicken sausage & onion sandwich

3 sausage(s), grilled
Calorie controlled cooking spray
½ small, finely sliced
Light Brown Sugar
1 teaspoons, level

- Cook the sausages under a preheated grill for 12-14 minutes, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mist the cooking spray in a large frying pan and cook the onion for 8-10 minutes slowly, until very soft. Add the brown sugar and mustard and cook for another 5 minutes, until caramelised.
- Toast the bread, and spoon the onion mixture onto one slice. Top with the cooked sausages, and a handful of rocket, before sandwiching with the remaining slice of bread.
- To serve, cut in half and enjoy!
