The fruity ice wreath in this punch keeps the drink chilled and looks dramatic on a party table
2 medium, thinly sliced

Pomegreat Pomegranate Juice (Chilled)
- Layer the lime and lemon slices, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves over the base of a 25cm Bundt tin. Mix together 50ml of the pomegranate juicewith the juice of 1 lime and 550ml water. Pour into the tin, covering the fruit. Carefully transfer to the freezer and freeze for 6-8 hours until firm.
- When you’re ready, turn out the ice wreath into a large bowl. Mix the Prosecco with the remaining pomegranate and lime juice in a jug. Add the ginger beer, stir, then pour into the bowl to serve.
Replace the Prosecco with a 750ml bottle of Eisberg Alcohol Free Sparkling White
