Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to gas mark 7/220ºC/fan 200ºC. Put the spices, garlic and olive oil in a large bowl and add the chicken and peppers. Turn well to coat then tip into a large roasting dish (large enough to spread everything out in one layer). Place in the oven and cook for 15–20 minutes until the chicken is just cooked through.
  2. Heat the tortillas according to pack instructions. Place each tortilla on a plate and fill each one with salsa, salad and the chicken and peppers. Drizzle with yogurt, scatter some coriander over and add squeeze of lime. Fold up and serve.
