- Heat the oven to gas mark 7/220ºC/fan 200ºC. Put the spices, garlic and olive oil in a large bowl and add the chicken and peppers. Turn well to coat then tip into a large roasting dish (large enough to spread everything out in one layer). Place in the oven and cook for 15–20 minutes until the chicken is just cooked through.
- Heat the tortillas according to pack instructions. Place each tortilla on a plate and fill each one with salsa, salad and the chicken and peppers. Drizzle with yogurt, scatter some coriander over and add squeeze of lime. Fold up and serve.
