Orange & ginger mule
Love a Kentucky mule? Our take on the bourbon classic uses orange instead of lime
Calorie controlled cooking spray
⅛ medium, sliced (1 slice, halved)
Sugar free ginger beer
70 ml, Bourbon
Freshly squeezed orange juice
- Mist a griddle pan with cooking spray and set over a medium-high heat. Cut 1 orange slice in half then griddle the halves for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside to cool completely.
- In a small jug, combine 200ml no added sugar ginger beer, 70ml bourbon and 100ml freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Pour into 2 highball glasses filled with crushed ice and serve garnished with a griddled orange slice.
