These ghoulish cookies are a scream! If you're hosting a Halloween do (or just fancy a spooky snack), these are quick and easy to whip up - you could even get the kids to help out!
Ready to Roll Icing
50 g, White fondant
WW Chia & Lemon Biscuits
Coloured Writing Icing
¼ tube(s), black
- Put the white fondant icing between two sheets of baking paper and roll out using a rolling pin to approximately 20cm x 20cm. Using a sharp knife, divide the fondant into 36 x 1cm-wide strips.
- Arrange the cookies on a work surface. Layer three fondant strips over each cookie, gently pressing down to help them stick, then trim the edges. Roll the trimmings into 24 small balls and press two onto each cookie to form eyes. Using black writing icing, pipe a small dot into the centre of each fondant ball to decorate.
