- Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan. Heat a griddle pan on a medium high heat and spray with calorie controlled spray. Griddle a selection of your favourite veggies (we used red pepper, courgettes and red onion), until soft and cooked. Place 1 Weight Watchers tortilla on a baking tray and spread with the 2 tbsp reduced fat hummus. Layer with the griddled vegetables and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until warmed through. Sprinkle over 10g crumbled feta.
