Wake up your taste buds with this reviving hot drink – a refreshing alternative to regular tea or coffee.
Ingredients
  • Jacksons Pure Green Tea
    10 g, 2 teaspoons
  • Lime(s)
    ½ medium, , cut into wedges
  • Mint, Fresh
    2 sprig(s)
  • Root Ginger
    2 teaspoons, , finely grated
  • Honey
    2 teaspoons, level
Instructions
  1. Top up with boiling water, then squeeze in the juice from the limes, adding the squeezed wedges to the glasses. Leave to infuse for 2 minutes. (If you prefer, make the tea in a pot, and strain into the glasses).
  2. Add a sprig of mint, 1 teaspoon grated ginger and 1 teaspoon honey to each glass. Stir well, then serve.
