Greek chicken souvlaki wrap with roasted tomato & rocket salad

These handy wraps are great for grab-and-go lunches – just prep the chicken in advance, then roll them up when you need a quick meal.


Chicken breast, skinless, raw

4 medium, cut into chunks


1 zest(s) of 1, grated

Lemon Juice, Fresh

2 tablespoons

Oregano, Dried

2 teaspoons, level


3 clove(s), crushed

Fat Free Natural Yogurt

120 g, 6 tablespoon


½ individual, deseeded and cut into small chunks

Mint, Fresh

2 sprig(s), leaves picked and finely chopped

WW White Wraps

Red onion(s)

½ medium, thinly sliced


1 individual, Cos, finely shredded

Tarragon, Dried

1 teaspoons, level

Balsamic vinegar

1½ teaspoons

Olive Oil

  1. In a large non-metallic bowl, combine the chicken, half of the lemon zest and juice, the oregano and two-thirds of the garlic, then season to taste. Cover with clingfilm and transfer to the fridge to marinate for 2 hours, or overnight.
  2. Heat the grill to high. Put the chicken on the grill tray in a single layer and mist with cooking spray. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, mint, remaining lemon zest and juice and garlic, then season to taste.
  4. Put the wraps under the grill for 10 seconds each side, then top with the chicken, red onion, lettuce and the yogurt sauce. Roll up and serve.
