Grape filo tarts

200 g, red or green, seedless
Egg, whole, raw
1 medium, raw
Medium fat soft cheese
½ teaspoons, level
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180°C/fan oven 160°C/350°F.
- Cut the pile of thawed filo pastry sheets into 6 squares, measuring about 12cm (5 inches) square. Lightly spray the separate squares with low fat cooking spray, layering 5 pieces into 6 individual tart tins with a diameter of about 10cm (4 inches).
- Place the tart tins on 2 baking sheets. Share the grapes between them.
- Beat together the egg, low fat soft cheese, vanilla essence, caster sugar and milk. Pour into the tart tins. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until set.
