Low Fat Soft Cheese

75 g

Vanilla Extract

¼ teaspoons, level

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 teaspoons

Agave Syrup

2 teaspoons, level

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

75 g

Fresh Fruit Salad (no added sugar)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat together the low-fat soft cheese, vanilla extract, lemon juice and agave syrup, until combined. Stir through the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Spoon the cheesecake cream over fresh fruit of your choice – we used strawberries and passion fruit.
