Ingredients

Brussels sprouts, boiled

500 g, steamed

Golden Syrup

3 tablespoon(s), level

Vegetable Oil

1 tablespoon(s)

Vinegar, All Types

1 tablespoon(s), apple cider

Dijon Mustard

½ tablespoon(s), level

Salt

¼ teaspoon(s)

Black pepper

¼ teaspoon(s)

Dried cranberries

½ serving(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5/190°C/375°F. Coat an 8 X 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the Brussels sprouts at the bottom of a prepared pan. (Note: If you can't find fresh sprouts, use frozen ones that have been thawed; just decrease the cooking time below by about 10-15 minutes).
  3. Combine the maple syrup, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl; pour over the Brussels sprouts. Stir in the cranberries and bake, covered, until tender and bubbly, for about 30 minutes.
