Cheesy avocado & ham salad

This refreshing and filling salad has one of the simplest and tastiest dressings.
50 g, peeled, stoned and sliced
35 g, use lamb's lettuce
1 medium, sliced
Wafer thin ham
1 tablespoons, or salad
25 g, crumbled
Low Fat Natural Yogurt
- Arrange the avocado, lettuce, tomato and ham on a plate. Scatter over the croutons and cress.
- In a bowl, mash together the Stilton and yogurt with a fork. Stir in 1 tablespoon cold water and season generously. Drizzle over the salad and serve.
