Ingredients

Porridge oats

180 g

Unsweetened almond drink

500 ml

Maple Syrup

2 tablespoon(s)

Flaked almonds

45 g

Raspberries

1 portion(s)

Blueberries

1 portion(s), medium

Egg, whole, raw

2 medium, raw

Coconut Oil

1 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5 and spray a large pie dish or 2 deep individual pie dishes with coconut oil cooking spray.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients (except the berries and flaked almonds) together in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Add in the flaked almonds and berries and gently stir into the batter.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie dish(es) and bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven or until golden brown and cooked through.
