Carbonara with WW Lentil Spaghetti
Bacon medallions, raw
Half Fat Crème Frâiche

WW Yellow Lentil Spaghetti
- Place a frying pan over medium heat and line with a WW non-stick pan liner. Add the chopped bacon medallions and cook until browned. Remove the pan liner and add the chopped garlic, crème fraîche, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile cook the pasta to pack instructions. Then drain.
- Add the pasta to the bacon mixture and toss so that the pasta is coated in the sauce. Sprinkle over the chopped parsley and serve.
