Brown rice biriyani salad
Brown Rice, dry
350 g, cook according to pack
1 teaspoons, mild
Prawns, Peeled & Cooked
225 g, cooked
2 large, chopped
¼ portion(s), medium, finely chopped
4 medium, chopped
Chilli, Green or Red
½ individual, deseeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons, chopped
Lime Juice, Fresh
2 tablespoons, (or lemon juice)
- Mix the brown rice and curry powder together.
- Add the prawns, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, chilli and coriander. Stir together gently.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
