Research commissioned by WW has found that sharing what you do with an online community can help form healthy habits. One in five Brits revealed they had more success with weight loss when they have consciously shared a diary of their daily lives with their online followers and over half (57%) revealed that feeling motivated from positive feedback was the top reason for sharing their journey with their peers.
