Mindful movement with Weight Watchers

It was fantastic to meet you at our recent events. If you would like to continue with mindful movement, our experts Lee Holden and Kele Baker have created two great routines, you can follow at home, in the workplace or whenever you feel a need to take some time out. Flow has been proven to help reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue and increase energy.

• Pause and breathe after each movement and notice how you feel
