Put the banana, egg, hot chocolate powder and custard powder into a bowl and whisk to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a mug and cook in the microwave for 2½ - 3 minutes. Meanwhile, make the icing by mixing together the icing sugar and soft cheese. Top the mug cake with the icing and sprinkles.
