Empty ½ pack of ready to eat mixed grains (we used Merchant Gourmet mix of quinoa, lentils and wheatberries) into a bowl. Add 50g of cooked kale, the juice of a lemon and a pinch of chilli flakes and season well. Flake through 60g hot smoked trout and serve. Serve with a dollop of yogurt.
