Notes

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon & red onion, stirring for 5 minutes or until the bacon is golden & the onion is softened. Add the tinned tomatoes, BBQ sauce, cannellini beans & bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer & cook for 15 minutes. Spoon the beans over the toast.
