Bacon medallions, raw

2 rasher(s)


1 large, thickly sliced

WW Sliced Brown Danish Bread

1 slice(s)

Black pepper

1 pinch, freshly ground


Cook the mushrooms in the stock for 6-7 minutes. Grill the bacon, adding the tomato when the bacon is turned over. Toast the bread while draining the mushrooms and arrange them on or next to the toast, along with the bacon and tomatoes. Season with black pepper and serve.
