Our meetings are open to everyone over the age of 16, and most groups are made up of a variety of people – from young adults to pensioners, women and men. Lots of our members think of their weekly meeting as a lifeline that keeps them on track. If you don’t have time to attend meetings, work, and deal with everything at home, though, don’t worry.
We also offer members a plan they can follow at home, called Weight Watchers Online. You’ll get everything the meetings provide, plus access to our mobile app, which enables you to track your food, log your activity and find recipe inspiration – all from your smartphone. If you want both, you can sign up to the Weight Watchers Monthly Pass – that lets you attend meetings, use all the online tools and the mobile app – at half the cost of your first month [so it’s cheaper to sign up for everything, than to sign up for meetings alone?]. Whichever approach works for you, works for us too.
