Coffee and cake, anyone? We've rounded up the healthiest picks from the Costa menu, so you can stay on track with your weight loss goals, even when you're out and about.

The WW programme is designed for real life, which means it's flexible and liveable. Translation: you can still eat out at your favourite restaurants and cafes. Hooray!

Whether you’re grabbing something in a rush before work or enjoying a leisurely late breakfast, there are options at Costa to suit all tastes and Budgets.

The Bacon Roll is 12SP on all three plans, and the Scrambled Egg & Mushroom Muffin is 9SP on Green and 7SP on Blue and Purple. Find out more about our customised plans.

The Instant Oat Porridge Pot is 10SP and a Fruit Teacake (without butter) is 12SP on all three plans.

Costa coffee

For 3SP, you can get a Cappuccino (Medio) with skimmed milk or a Flat White (Primo) with skimmed milk.

A Caffe Latte (Medio) with skimmed milk is 4SP, and same goes for a Caffe Latte (Medio) with soya milk.

Fancy a treat? A Hot Chocolate (Medio) with skimmed milk is 10SP.

Having a topping with your drink? The Sugar Free Caramel Syrup is 0SP, and the Vanilla Syrup and Salted Caramel Syrup are 1SP each (per 10g portion) on all three plans.

Sandwiches, toasties, salads and soups

If you’re looking for a low SmartPoints option, the Tomato & Basil Soup is 4SP on all three plans.

Happy stepping into double digit territory with a hot toastie or panini? The British Ham & Cheese Toastie is 10SP and the Emmental & Mushroom Toastie is 14SP on all three plans. The British Ham & Cheese Panini is 13SP on all three plans, and the Tuna Melt Panini is 14SP on Green and 13SP on Blue and Purple.

The Roast Chicken Salad Sandwich is 12SP on all three plans, and the Mozzarella and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Salad is 16SP on all three plans.

Sweet treats

Got a hankering for something sweet? The Portuguese Custard Tart (pastel de nata) is 7SP and the Fruit & Oat Biscuits are 9SP on all three plans. You can make custard tarts at home too, using this recipe from our Eggs cookbook.

If you have rollovers or weeklies to tap into, or you’ve planned low SmartPoints meals across your day, the Blueberry Muffin is 15SP and the Millionaire Shortbread is 18SP on all three plans.
