Use Headspace to help you become more present in mind and body, to pause and refocus when feeling stressed and to help you get ready for sleep. You can even use it to help you eat mindfully.

Where can I find Headspace content?


Right in the WW app. On the 'My Day' screen, scroll down and look for the Headspace card under Weekly Recipes.

You can start with meditation basics or a specific technique targeting stress, sleep or mindful eating. They’re all short and simple to fit into your busy schedule.

To begin, tap on one of the titles and then click the “play” arrow to listen.
