With lots of different options to choose from, our chilled meals taste delicious and are all under 400 calories per meal.  Enjoy our chicken tikka masala & basmati rice, made with coriander, cinnamon, ginger and cloves for delicious depth of flavour, high in protein and only 359 calories per meal. 
 
Plus, did you know our creamy chicken, leek & mushroom pie is made with tender chicken breast pieces, mushrooms and leeks in a creamy sauce, topped with mash potato and a cheese crumb and has only 316 calories per meal? Whatever you fancy, there's an option for you!
