From water tracking to daily articles, we’ve been busy introducing a raft of new features and content to the WW app. One of our most recent additions? A brand new partnership with FitOn.

FitOn is a new digital fitness company which provides fun and engaging video workouts, led by celebrity trainers. Perfect for lockdown and beyond, we’ve teamed up with the folk at FitOn to bring their popular workouts to life in your home, through the WW app.

Ready to have some fun and sweat with the best? From strength training to yoga, you can filter by exercise type, intensity and duration to find a session that works for you. You don’t need any equipment either - just some empty space, the WW app and your phone, tablet or TV.
