125g porridge oats
500ml skimmed milk
1 tsp agave nectar
Calorie controlled cooking spray
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp clear honey
- Mix the oats, milk and agave nectar together in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on full power for 2 minutes. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a nonstick frying pan and mist with cooking spray. Sear the banana over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes until caramelised.
- Add the berries to the banana and drizzle over the honey. Shake the pan and let the mixture bubble for 1 minute.
- Divide the porridge between bowls and serve topped with the fruit mixture.
