Rolled oats 30g
Pumpkin seeds 1 Tbsp.
Cashew nuts 10
Honey 2 Tsp.
0% fat Greek Yogurt 150g
- On a lined baking tray spread out the oats, cashew and pumpkin seeds.
- Drizzle over the honey and toast in a pre heated oven 180oc/Gas 4 for around 8 minutes.
- Place to one side and allow to cool.
- Layer a jar, cup or bowl with raspberries, blueberries, the oat mix, Greek yogurt, then some more berries and top with yogurt.
