From 26th July 2020, WW (Weight Watchers reimagined) is launching a special offer on a 12-week weight loss plan, in partnership with Public Health England (PHE).

Tracking your food is quick and easy with the WW app, whether you do it manually, scan packaged foods using the built-in barcode scanner or voice track with Siri. If you're an iOS user, try asking Siri to track your breakfast or tell you how many SmartPoints you have left. Over time, Siri will learn your habits and help recommend shortcuts to keep you on track!

 

2. Join the Blue Dot Challenge

The Blue Dot Challenge is a way to challenge yourself to stay within the Healthy Eating Zone (also known as the Tracking Zone) each day. Every day that you track and stay within the Healthy Eating Zone, you’ll earn a blue dot on the My Day screen in your WW app. See how many you can get in a row!

 

3. See your journey

Check your progress and give yourself a high five! Each week, you'll also get the chance to reflect on your focus and feelings. Note habits that you're keeping, challenges that you met, moments that made you proud, and your future goals. You're so much more than a number!

Whether you're getting a takeaway or eating at a restaurant, it's super simple to find and track your favourite dishes. Just scroll down to Explore and tap 'Restaurants' to search by name or SmartPoints value.

19. Sync your activity device to the WW app

Go smash your weekly FitPoints® goal. Just sync your favourite fitness device to the app and it’ll automatically track your FitPoints. Result!

 

20. Water tracking

Because staying hydrated is so important for your overall wellbeing (and can even support your weight loss goals), you can now track your water intake in the WW app. Simply tap the “+” icon in the water row that appears on your home screen. You'll see a water animation to indicate the amount that has been tracked.
