She is consulting chef at Pylos and Boukies in New York City, as well as at Avli in Chicago and Axia in New Jersey. She is a weekly food columnist for Ta Nea, Greece’s largest newspaper, and co-owner of the Glorious Greek Cooking School in Ikaria, Greece. She lives in New York City, Athens, and Ikaria, Greece.
