How to do a Squat and clap




  1. Stand with feet slightly wider than hip distance, toes pointing slightly outwards, good posture with shoulders back and palms face out.
  2. Ensure your core is engaged, your weight is in your heels squeeze your glutes as you move your bottom back, squat until your bottom is at the same height as your knees or lower.
  3. With your chest up, bring your arms out and round until they meet over your head (clap) whilst still at the bottom of the squat.
  4. Bring your arms bring to your side and push through your heels to return to a standing position.
