Product sales in WW online shop and Workshops

As a brand based on social connection, it’s our ambition to focus on what we deliver best and what our members value most: Coaching, Accountability, and Community.

In order to focus on a simplified member experience for both our app and workshops, and allow our WW Coaches to help you as a WW Member in the best way they can - through exceptional coaching and support - we have decided to stop selling WW products through our WW shop and in Workshops.

We have stopped selling products at the end of September 2023.
The WW Shop is now closed.

Our existing supermarket range remains unaffected by this decision, and we will continue to deliver a relevant WW product range in supermarkets. Our cookbooks will also remain available in retail bookstores.

With this decision, we are focusing on what we know matters most to support our members on their weight loss journey: a liveable and easy-to-follow program that embraces community, connection, and lasting results.

WeightWatchers is aligning its offering with a clear focus on a simplified member experience to give our members the most effective tools to reach their goals. Therefore, our goal for the future is to focus 100 percent on a simplified member experience for both our app and our workshops to strengthen our core competence as a human-centric technology company powered by the world's leading commercial weight management program.

For this reason, we've decided to discontinue the distribution of the WW product range and Healthy Eats meals through Workshops and our WW online shop. Our cookbooks will still be available in retail bookstores in Australia and New Zealand. Further we will continue to sell WW products in Australian and New Zealand supermarkets such as snack bars, frozen meals, cereals, drinks and desserts which WeightWatchers offers together with licensed partners.


We will close our sales via our WW online shop and via our workshops by the end of September.

WW Healthy Eats, our range of chilled ready made meals, will no longer be available by the end of August.

Our cookbooks will still be available in retail bookstores. Further we will continue to sell WW products in Australian and New Zealand supermarkets such as snack bars, frozen meals, cereals, drinks and desserts which WeightWatchers offers together with licensed partners.


The entire range of WW products and Healthy Eats meals that are exclusively available through our WW online shop and our workshops will be discontinued.

Our cookbooks will still be available in retail bookstores in Australia and New Zealand. We will try to continue to offer a wide variety of products to all members and shoppers over the coming weeks and months. However, some products may sell out sooner as we do not plan to replenish the stock for our WW online shop and workshops as we approach closure.

Yes, the products WeightWatchers offers together with licensed partners, such as snack bars, frozen meals, cereals, drinks and desserts will still be available in Australian and New Zealand supermarkets.


We will discontinue the distribution of our WW products through our WW shop and workshops by the end of September 2023. As products are sold out they will not be replenished.


We will stop our workshop sales by the end of September at the latest. As products are sold out, they will not be replenished.
