This is a fast, easy, tasty and budget-friendly meal!

Ingredients

Light sour cream

¼ cup(s), (60ml)

Lemon juice

2 tbs

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Dry pasta

250 g, penne

Green string beans

100 g, halved

Frozen green peas

1 cup(s), (120g), thawed

Tuna, canned in springwater, drained

425 g, flaked

Canned cannellini beans, rinsed, drained

1 400g can, (400g can)

Fresh flat-leaf parsley

¼ cup(s), coarsley chopped

Fresh dill

2 tbs, torn

Instructions

  1. Place sour cream, juice and garlic in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet instructions, add green beans and peas in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain.
  3. Place warm pasta, green beans and peas in a large bowl with tuna, cannellini beans, parsley, dill and sour cream dressing. Toss to combine.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Crusty rye or multigrain bread roll.TIP: Try this recipe with zoodles instead of pasta. You can make zoodles using the WW Spiralizer (available online at ww.com). VARIATION: Add 2 green shallots (sliced) in Step 3 or swap tuna for canned salmon.
